This PARENTAL CONSENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by the undersigned in consideration of S and W Sports Cars, Inc. d/b/a Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta (the “Company”) permitting me and my minor child (the “Minor”) to participate in any way in Rides to Remember being held on September 26, 2026, including, without limitation, the ride-a-long at Atlanta Motorsports Park (“AMP”) (the “Event”). I, for myself and on behalf of the Minor and my and the Minor’s personal representatives, executors, heirs, next of kin and agents:

HEREBY acknowledge, agree and represent, that I know the nature of the Event and the Minor's experience and capabilities and believe the Minor to be qualified to participate in the Event. I will inspect the premises, facilities, and equipment to be used, or with which the Minor may come in contact, AND IF I OR THE MINOR BELIEVE ANYTHING IS UNSAFE, I WILL INSTRUCT THE MINOR TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area at AMP requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area at AMP which admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited) AND REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE FURTHER IN THE EVENT.

HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE COMPANY, AND ALL OF ITS OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, INSURERS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”, AND INDIVIDUALLY, A “RELEASED PARTY”) AND ANYONE ELSE WHO MIGHT BE ENTITLED TO SEEK INDEMNIFICATION OR CONTRIBUTION FROM ANY RELEASED PARTY, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO ME, THE MINOR, AND MY AND

THE MINOR’S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EXECUTORS, HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN AND AGENTS OF AND FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO ME OR THE MINOR OR MY OR THE MINOR’S PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION OR INSTRUCTION IN THE EVENT, OR BY THE NEGLIGENT, WRONGFUL CONDUCT OR OTHER CONDUCT OF ANY RELEASED PARTY, ANY THIRD PARTY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MY OR THE MINOR’S PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, INJURY OR DEATH TO OTHERS CAUSED BY ME OR THE MINOR, OR DAMAGE TO MY OR THE MINOR’S PROPERTY OR CAUSED BY MY OR THE MINOR’S PROPERTY.

HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND and will instruct the Minor that: (a) THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT ARE VERY DANGEROUS, and participation in the Event and/or entry into Restricted Areas involve RISKS AND DANGERS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE (the “RISKS”); (b) these RISKS and dangers may be caused by my or the Minor's own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Event, the rules of the Event, the condition and layout of the premises and equipment, or THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES; (c) the INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, and that this Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Released Parties, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS; (d) there may be OTHER RISKS NOT KNOWN TO ME or that are not readily foreseeable at this time; and (e) THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES and/or damages that could result from the RISKS COULD BE SEVERE AND COULD PERMANENTLY CHANGE MY OR THE MINOR’S FUTURE.

HEREBY CONSENT to the Minor's participation in the Event and/or entry into Restricted Areas and HEREBY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL THE RISKS AND DANGERS AND ACCEPT AND ASSUME SOLE AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THE CONSEQUENCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE LOSSES, COSTS, AND/OR DAMAGES FOLLOWING SUCH INJURY, DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED TO OR BY ME OR THE MINOR, now and forever, arising out of or related to participation and/or instruction in the EVENT whether, foreseen or unforeseen and whether caused by, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY THE NEGLIGENCE, WRONGFUL CONDUCT OR OTHER CONDUCT OF ANY RELEASED PARTY, ANY THIRD PARTY OR OTHERWISE.

HEREBY AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties and each of them FROM ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, SUIT, LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, COST OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) which are asserted against or incurred in any way by them, now and forever, arising out of, related to or resulting from my or the Minor’s PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MY OR THE MINOR’S INJURY OR DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, WRONGFUL CONDUCT OR OTHER CONDUCT OF ANY RELEASED PARTY, ME, THE MINOR, ANY THIRD PARTY OR OTHERWISE.

HEREBY acknowledge and agree that no one has made any oral statements, representations, or inducements to me or the Minor not expressly contained herein and, in entering into this Agreement, neither me nor the Minor has relied upon anything not expressly contained herein.

HEREBY understand and agree that this Agreement is expressly intended to extend and apply to and also covers and includes all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected risks, dangers, injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed, perceived and known to exist. In addition, I understand and agree that the provisions of any state, province, federal, local or territorial common law or statute providing in substance that releases shall not extend to risks, dangers, claims, demands, injuries or damages, loss or liability, which are unknown or unsuspected to exist at the time of the giving of such release, are hereby expressly WAIVED and that such WAIVER is an essential and material provision of this Agreement.

HEREBY understand and agree that different or additional facts may be discovered in addition to what I or the Minor now know or believe to be true with respect to the matters addressed in this Agreement, and that I agree that this Agreement shall be and remains in effect in all respects as a complete and final Parental Consent, Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement concerning all matters contained herein, notwithstanding the existence or discovery of any such different or additional facts.

HEREBY acknowledge and represent that I am the legal and natural guardian of the Minor, and I sign this Agreement on my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, as the legal and natural guardian.
The foregoing is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia (the laws of which shall be used to interpret and construe this Agreement) and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS PARENTAL CONSENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING IT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS THAT I AND/OR THE MINOR WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO RECOVER DAMAGES FOR LOSSES SUSTAINED OCCASIONED BY THE RELEASED PARTIES’ FAULT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME OR THE MINOR AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW ON MY OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR.
